The artist, OIKAT, further referred as I, retains full ownership and copyright of all created artwork. This includes the right to showcase the piece on social media, in portfolios and/or for promotional purposes. If the client prefers the commission to remain private, they may request this in advance and the artwork will not be shared publicly.

Prices listed on this website will remain the same in most cases. Price adjustments are rare and only apply if the commission includes additional elements outside the standard format, such as detailed backgrounds, multiple characters, complex props or other custom features.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, including lack of availability.

None of the commissioned artwork may be minted, sold or used as an NFT by the commissioner or any third party. It may not be used in any way to train, develop, or improve AI or machine learning systems.

Each commission type includes an estimated completion timeframe. These estimates are not guaranteed deadlines, as some pieces may require extra time depending on complexity and the level of polish needed. I prioritize quality in every piece, so rush fees are not accepted for this reason.

Progress updates will be provided during the sketch stage (including base colors) via screenshots for review and approval. Clients should request any changes at this stage. Major changes requested during later stages (rendering) may incur an additional fee of 25–50% of the original commission price.

The commission process follows these stages: sketch → base colors → rendering → final delivery. Progress updates will be shared at the end of each stage for review and approval. After sending the sketch, the client may request adjustments to the pose, composition, or other structural elements. Once revisions are completed and approved, the process will move to the base color stage, where color-related changes can still be requested. Another update will be sent after the rendering stage to confirm that everything looks correct before delivering the final, exported artwork.

Major changes that were not expressed during the sketch or color stages (such as pose, composition, or significant design changes) cannot be accepted once rendering has begun. If such changes are requested at this stage, an additional fee of 25–50% of the original commission price may apply.

The final file with the completed artwork will be delivered via email. File format and size will depend on the type of commission:

Emotes: Delivered as 240px PNG files with transparent backgrounds, and additional sizes (112px, 56px, and 28px) so they can be easily used across different platforms.

PNGTubers: Delivered as PNG files with transparent backgrounds, with the largest size being 1000px.

Illustrations: Delivered as high-resolution JPG files, with the largest size being 2560px.

Full refunds are eligible if I have not started the sketch yet, while you can get a 50% refund if you turn down the commission after receiving the sketch. No refunds are available after starting the rendering stage.
